A Moment of Serenity
Through the powerful vibrations of sound healing instruments and the gentle flow of Reiki energy, we come together to nurture our bodies, minds and spirits. In this collective 75-minute journey you are invited to immerse yourself in sound exercises before surrendering to the healing frequencies of tuning forks, crystal bowls, the shruti box and the soothing energy of Reiki.
This session is best experienced in comfortable clothes. Please be sure to have a quiet space to lie down, such as a yoga mat or bed for the Reiki and sound bath part of the sessions.

Boshko is a Reiki master who was trained & certified in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage by Aki Hirata Baker and Manu del Prete, Alice Jones and the International House of Reiki. He also holds a certification in sound healing from the Globe Institute in Sausalito, California and has trained in the technique of sounding with the human voice with Lisa Rafel and Vicke Dodd.
He continually deepens his spiritual and healing knowledge with teachers such as Irma StarSpirit Turtle Woman, Mojka Žagar, Sheila Cash Snow Raven, and Marie Josee Vermette amongst others. He is the Community Reiki Manager at Minka Brooklyn and holds group Reiki and sound healing sessions at Grand Street Healing and various Older Adults Centers in New York City. He has worked at Reiki Clinics at the Jewish Community Center in Manhattan and Maha Rose in Brooklyn.
Boshko has conducted corporate wellness sessions at institutions such as Many Cantor Center, Soho Works, Coterie Hudson Yards, New Art Dealers Association and Coler Hospital. He is part of R.I.S.E. an acronym for Reiki-Infused Sound Experiences, a Brooklyn-based sound healing collective made up of healing artists. His debut album, Waves of Possibility is available here. Boshko dedicates his energy to people of all generations, races, gender identities and expressions.

Paying it Forward
We provide most of our community offerings and private sessions by sliding scale. This is based on the idea of ‘paying it forward’ which enables more people to access healing and wellness. This works when people pay as much as they can for our offerings to help others who may be less fortunate be able to gain access, too. We believe everyone is entitled to heal and thrive, and that practitioners deserve to earn a living wage. We are all in this together and choose to do our best to take care of one another.
