Our training programs, whether it is on energy healing facilition, Intuition Development or Leadership training, are built at the intersection of equity, spirituality, and embodied practice — the very skills you now recognize as essential for navigating complexity and building long-term resilience for the human collective.
We know that, historically, grassroots and community-rooted programs have been dismissed as “too small” or “too informal” to be taken seriously in leadership development. In reality, these are the spaces where some of the most innovative, culturally responsive, and future-relevant forms of leadership are being forged.
Our approach is grounded, rigorous, and informed by over 100 collective years of experience in healing, spirituality, justice, and ethical leadership. What makes our training programs unique is that we don’t teach leadership from a distance — we develop it where it matters most: in the nervous system, in relationships, and in real-time community practice.

Humanity has just scratched the surface of our healing journey. We are committed to fostering integral healing facilitators that are dedicated to the process of decolonization.
MINKA brooklyn has been a ‘Home of the People’ since its inception 7 years ago, founded on the underlying principle of ‘healing the self to heal the world’. We offer a radically different approach to holistic healing; creating access to diverse modalities that uplifts the wisdom and lived experiences of BIPOC. MINKA and all of its Practitioners have now become internationally known to create safer and braver space for deep healing.
At MINKA mystery school, our #1 priority is to nurture future healers of color that can serve the community with authenticity, integrity and commitment to a harmonious future on this planet. We have gathered experienced healing Facilitators and Trainers of Color and Allies to offer educational programs which help to establish the standard of holistic care our evolving communities deserve.
The staggering economic disadvantages BIPOC often face prevent them from receiving healing and/or joining courses such as ours. As a small company, we are simply unable to provide what is needed by ourselves. We need financial support to offer greater access to our communities.
Today, we are asking you to join us in the creation of a ‘Healing Equity Fund’ for this and future generations. Donations are tax deductible through our fiscal sponsor Allied Media Project. Again, this fund will be utilized to offer much-needed healing and/or training scholarships to BIPOC.
