Zhenia is an energy healing facilitator working with multi-modalities to support her clients to embody their unique voice, expression and gifts by centering creative play, emotional awareness and inner child work, rest and self-care practices; she views these as revolutionary tools that can help us to dismantle internalized oppressive systems and create a more caring and compassionate world for ourselves and others. As a first-generation immigrant refugee, Zhenia comes from a resilient and creative lineage of Ukrainians who lived humbly, honored the land, were guided by seasons and cycles in nature and worked with local plants and folk healing traditions that continue to nurture her and the healing facilitation she offers.

The intention of her creative work is to redefine play and creative self-exploration not as an activity exclusively for children but as a way that we, as adults, can call back our life force and step into our authentic expression and integrity. She views creativity as a practice that nourishes the soul and helps us to reclaim our inner visionary, awakening the possibility in each of us to imagine a world where it is safe to express, be our genuine self and share our gifts.

CREATIVE EMBODIMENT + VOICE ACTIVATION COACHING

Creativity uses imagination, self-exploration techniques and a playful approach to help you and your inner child to build a relationship that is healing, nourishing and liberating. Whether you have a creative idea that you want to explore further or you’re called to start a creative practice, my 1:1 coaching program customizes a plan that honors your unique path and empowers you to step into the next level of your creative embodiment.

This is a 5 week program–each session is 60 min; all sessions are virtual. Weekly sessions will include check ins,
discussion of weekly themes, grounding meditations, creative prompts and playful exploration, and homework. My intention is to support you as you explore and commit to a final creative project that calls your soul, celebrates your creative spirit and honors your authentic voice.

300 min - $555

CREATIVE SESSION (RETURNING CLIENTS ONLY)

Follow-up session(s) for all returning clients who are ready but need support to bring their creative ideas out into the world.
