I’ve been dabbling in crystals and oracle cards since I was in junior high and unbeknownst to me, my fascination for all things “new age” (as it was called at the time) was indicative of my life mission. My full-on spiritual awakening, however, didn’t come until I developed Graves Disease many years later when I realized it was a doorway to my purpose.

My journey of being of service has led to me obtaining certifications in Ayurveda, Holistic Health Coaching, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, and Crystal Energy Healing. I've held Weight-Loss consultant positions for a gym chain and national weight-loss chain, where I've coached hundreds of people over the years on creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

To help others balance their energies and create more harmony in their lives, I’ve also studied chakras, sound therapy, herbalism, color therapy, aromatherapy, astrology, and nutrition. I like to call my combination of energy healing and health, “energetic wellness.”

While I do believe healing can occur as a result of our sessions, I’m not fond of the word healer. I like to think of myself as more of a facilitator of healing because ultimately, you have the power to heal yourself. I use my intuitive gifts and training to help your body and energy field achieve a state of balance and calm. So, if you are in need of some unblocking, clarity, and/or harmony, I’m at your service.

I’m based out of the New York City and Boston markets but can work with you remotely no matter where you are.

DIVINE BLUEPRINT ACTIVATION

The Divine Blueprint Activation offering was born from wanting to take my clients’ energy healing sessions from the beginnings of transformation through a longer, more thorough journey.

During these month-long, once-a-week sessions*, I will help you discover your soul’s truest expression through tools such as astrology, tarot, energy healing, sound healing, visualization, suggested exercises, journal prompts and more. These tools are used to help uncover and release the energy blocks and patterns that are preventing you from living the life your heart desires. The program is tailored specifically for you and also includes a chakra balancing kit.

My goal is to help lead you on a journey of self-empowerment that allows you to stand in your Greatness and place you on the path to fulfilling your soul's mission.

There are a limited number of spots so a one-on-one zoom call is required before we begin working together to make sure we are a good fit for one another.

**Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) is an energetic healing modality that works with the body's meridian points and the energy of Archangels to help get the "issues out of the tissues." Stagnant energy is released allowing clients to feel lighter and more aligned.

*** Sekhem (SSR or Sekhem Seichim, Reiki) is a healing matrix derived from Ancient Egypt working as a unified trinity of sacred energy to balance and harmonize one's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.
