  • ART & EXPRESSIVE THERAPY

    Art Therapy introduces clients to the intuitive and healing energy of their creativity. Clinical Art Therapy originated in the fields of Art and Psychotherapy. It is uses creative expression as a therapeutic technique. It’s useful in treating psychological disorders, enhancing mental health and overall well being.

  • BREATHWORK

    Breathwork is an acceleration of the healing process through an exploration and practice of the breath. Bypassing the mind entirely, the breath goes deep into your cells, saturating the body with both oxygen and life force, and helps to release any negative self-thought, perceived limitations, or tension held in the body. Breathwork is an alternative to meditation and it works well for people who have trouble quieting their mind. Breathwork also helps to both release stagnant energy while providing an energetic boost.

  • FLOWER ESSENCE THERAPY

    Flower Essence Therapy uses vibrational remedies to treat various conditions. Vibrational Remedies, such as flower essences, are an invaluable tool for bringing awareness and balance to our bodies, minds, hearts and spirits. Supporting anything from minor stress to extreme anxiety, each session intends to raise awareness and develop the capacity to be alive and at peace with life.

  • MASSAGE

    Whether you are an athlete, do physical work, are on your feet all day or required to sit at a desk for many hours, our signature massages will address your specific needs! We typically push through minor aches but over time these minor pains can grow into larger problems. Massage provides physical relaxation and supports healthy muscles and joints; relieves back pain, soreness and tension in the body.

  • MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS

    Meditation cultivates self awareness. It invites us to be present with our feelings and thoughts, allowing us to get in touch with the root of what concerns us, giving us a way for improvement. Meditation has been used for centuries throughout the world, and it has been scientifically proven that including meditation in your daily routine helps to lower blood pressure, increase productivity, sharpen mental focus and cultivate a sense of wellbeing.

  • MENTAL RESTORATION

    This session aims to provide cerebral support and a calming of the mind which will in turn calm the body as well. Simple, easy to do exercises and verbal processes are shared to help you invite more ease, mental clarity, grounding, and focus into your day.

  • REIKI

    Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady through reducing stress and brining our system into equilibrium. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

  • RESTORATIVE COUNCIL

    Council is a circle process inspired by the storytelling traditions of different cultures that foster speaking and listening from the heart. Council deepens empathy among those who experience it, broadens our understanding of one another and gives us new perspectives on the world around us. It gives us a greater sense of connection along with deeper and more extensive understanding of oneself and others in the circle.

  • SELF-DISCOVERY & INQUIRY FOR A FULFILLED WORK LIFE

    Knowing yourself is a starting point to a more productive and fulfilled life. In this session, students are offered tools to peek into the hidden part of themselves to continue building their personal practice if they so choose. These techniques include age-old practices that allow students to get the busy-ness out of their head, and settle into the heart & body as their own wisdom keeper. The insights can be applied in their daily lives including but not exclusively in the work place for deeper connection to work and people around them, and for enhanced intuition for their decision making.

  • SOMATICS & MOVEMENT

    We embrace somatics as practices that support authentic and compassionate embodiment. These practices can include conscious movement, qi gong. In addition, we embrace somaticas and the understanding of the body as a means to address and manage stress as a result of physical, emotional or mental trauma.

  • SOUND HEALING

    Sound Healing utilizes the principles of resonance, vibration, and integration of the body and mind. With the elements of breath, heartbeat, blood flow, and cellular movement, we are in constant motion. Through understanding of bio-rhythms, the sound healer "tunes in" to each person with whom they work, learning from the wisdom of the body where tension is being held and how to release it.

  • PRODUCTIVE MOVEMENT

    Simple techniques to increase your productivity during your work. In this class, students are led to experience multiple techniques that can be incorporated throughout the work day to decrease stress & physical fatigue and increase focus & vitality. There is no need for special clothing or yoga mat - these movement can be used together or separately to fit your needs inside and outside of your work place.
