Each workshop meeting of The Hummingbird’s Map is rooted in indigenous ways of understanding how energy flows (Ollin) and revitalizing a vital force located in the heart (Teyollila). Participants receive a workbook, resources, guided experiences, and reflection prompts to help participants create a hummingbird map as a compass to root daily in their joy, ease, and flow of life. Each workshop meeting ends with a vibrational healing inspired by the week's lessons and the hummingbird. All materials are accessible through a google classroom set up by Reina. The link will be provided to registered participants a week before the first class meets.
Participants are invited to create a sacred space to connect with their gifts, be intentional and supportive of their vision and others in the circle, to deepen their connection to their soul purpose. In so doing, we honor the community we are building together. So be ready to join with an open heart and develop a resonance with your higher self.

The class will be held remotely via zoom. Replay is available via google classroom resource for the participants. I ask that you please be on time for each session. I invite you to prioritize our work together by having it on your calendar and setting this time for yourself to be present for the duration of the call. Reina Prado (ellxs/they) is a bi-lingual bi-cultural multidisciplinary Love Conscious Coach and Holistic Energy Practitioner. Their practice Healing Queen, established in 2013 and based in unceded Kizh/Tongva territories (Southern California), centers on Love as a vibrant frequency that we can all radiate to live our most joyful love filled life.
