This workshop is designed to help you unwind, relax, and prepare for deep, restful sleep through the practice of Yoga Nidra. Often called "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra guides you into a state between wakefulness and sleep, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to slow down. Practicing before bedtime can help calm the nervous system, improve sleep quality, and support overall well-being. Whether you struggle with racing thoughts at night or simply want to deepen your relaxation routine, this session will provide the perfect reset for a peaceful and restorative night's rest.

A multifaceted guide and artist, Constance (Conn Alana) is a Reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, DJ, and portrait photographer. Their work weaves together creativity and spiritual connection to inspire profound personal transformation. Through each modality, Conn’s work is grounded in cultivating reverence for one’s well-being.

A former full-time educator, Conn has a deep appreciation for students and teachers, and so loves to bring their healing and mindfulness practices into schools. You can learn more about Conn and their various gifts at connalana.com. They are also part of MINKA’s Heart Centered Operations Team.  Learn more about us here.

Paying it Forward
We provide most of our community offerings and private sessions by sliding scale. This is based on the idea of ‘paying it forward’ which enables more people to access healing and wellness. This works when people pay as much as they can for our offerings to help others who may be less fortunate be able to gain access, too. We believe everyone is entitled to heal and thrive, and that practitioners deserve to earn a living wage. We are all in this together and choose to do our best to take care of one another.
Thank you for being part of the MINKA community!
