Each New Moon offers a new opportunity for deep reflection and intention setting. In this monthly workshop series, flower medicine practitioner Lindsay Fauntleroy will guide you through an exploration of themes related to the upcoming lunar cycle. Through journaling, community connection, and reflective practice, you will set personal inner development goals to move you closer to an authentic, fulfilling, and purposeful life. Lindsay will introduce flower essence remedies that support the soul lessons for the collective based on seasonal elements, as well as the energy created by the dynamic tension between the astrological signs of the New moon & Full moon that lunar cycle.

Optional: Participants will have an opportunity to purchase the featured flower remedy, or design a personalized blend based on the workshop.

This is a MINKA x Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health Partnership Offering—Created to Bring Efforts of Equity, Diversity, and Decolonizing Work to All.

Paying it Forward
We provide most of our community offerings and private sessions by sliding scale. This is based on the idea of ‘paying it forward’ which enables more people to access healing and wellness. This works when people pay as much as they can for our offerings to help others who may be less fortunate be able to gain access, too. We believe everyone is entitled to heal and thrive, and that practitioners deserve to earn a living wage. We are all in this together and choose to do our best to take care of one another.
Thank you for being part of the MINKA community!
