Join us in exploring this transformative Kundalini Yoga practice to tap into the energy and power of the Alchemist within. Through Sobagh Kriya, we will invoke practices that empower us to shift our circumstances, strengthen our aura, and align with the frequencies of prosperity. This ancient kriya is designed to turn misfortune into good fortune and open pathways to abundance and inner strength through mantra, mudra and asana.
What to Expect: Throughout the practice, we’ll engage the throat, heart, and navel chakras to clear energy blocks and cultivate a radiant aura. Designed to support you in shifting directions as needed — forward, backward, or still — Sobagh Kriya builds the strength to face any challenge. Whether you’re looking to unlock prosperity, heal, or strengthen your aura, this practice offers a path to radiate with confidence, intuition, and resilience.
Best Practices: Wear comfortable clothing and be ready to chant, move, and transform. Wearing all white, wrapping one's head and practicing barefoot are encouraged as part of a traditional Kundalini yoga practice, though not necessary to participate in this workshop. Have water, journaling materials, and anything that you personally require for a complete meditative container.

Paying it Forward
We provide most of our community offerings and private sessions by sliding scale. This is based on the idea of ‘paying it forward’ which enables more people to access healing and wellness. This works when people pay as much as they can for our offerings to help others who may be less fortunate be able to gain access, too. We believe everyone is entitled to heal and thrive, and that practitioners deserve to earn a living wage. We are all in this together and choose to do our best to take care of one another.
