This weekly riverfront outdoor class at Oko Farms in Williamsburg is a communion with nature and connecting with oneself. It starts with humming exercises, followed by sound healing including the vibration of the Shruti Box instrument and the human voice. Boshko then sends Reiki to the group accompanied by the sounds of the East River. Join us to bond with nature and each other as we come together in deep relaxation to reconnect and recharge directly with the earth which holds us and the sky above us. Bring your own mat or blanket. In case of light rain classes will be conducted in a tent on premises.

Boshko Boskovic is a Reiki Master and sound healing practitioner trained and certified in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki lineage and in sound healing from the Sound Healing Center in Sausalito, California. He is the founder of Let’s Heal NYC, a private practice specializing in Reiki treatments. He holds wellness group sessions at various Senior Centers in New York City as well as the Minka Brooklyn healing center. He has worked at institutions such as Weinberg Center for Balanced Living, Grand Street Healing Project, Jewish Community Center, Healthcare for the People, Brooklyn Hospital and Soho Works.

What Is Sliding Scale?
We provide all of our community offerings and some private sessions by Sliding Scale. We believe everyone is entitled to heal their wounds so they can thrive; we also believe that the wellness and healing practitioners deserve to make a living wage. In order to make this possible, we ask you to pay as much as you can, so those who might not be able to pay as much can still receive their healing session - this is the idea behind 'paying it forward'. We are all in this together, and we choose to do our best to take care of one another.
