Starting Oct 1st, 8 modules over the course of 4 months.
This bi-monthly workshop will be facilitated by 2 initiated priests of Ifa for the opportunity to explore the ancient African traditional foundations and universal modern-day healing applications of Ifa; the wisdom of nature.
As with most indigenous practices, ancestral wisdom and veneration will be at the center. Obi and Odu divination systems, Orisha (personification of forces of nature), basics of numerology, and the historical and present-day applications this wisdom will be discussed. Participants are also supported by suggested readings and various handouts thought out the course, as well as occasional guest teachers toto support the core ideas and build an authentic learning community.
There will be 8 modules over the course of 4 months.
This workshop is for anyone from age 13 to 99 interested in the basic foundations living practice of the sacred science of Ifa (the wisdom of nature). As as a transformative wholistic educational and wellness practice.
