In a world that often feels chaotic and unpredictable, grounding is essential for navigating both personal challenges and the complexities of today’s world. This meditation circle offers a safe and supportive space for individuals to connect with their bodies, minds, and spirits.
December’s session will focus on centering ourselves as Mercury retrograde stations direct after going retrograde in Sagittarius, a period that invites us to reflect on how we communicate and respond to the world around us. Together, we’ll explore grounding as a tool to release ego-driven reactions, foster clarity, and approach life’s challenges—including collective struggles—with humility and a renewed sense of purpose.
Through guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle sharing, this session offers a supportive space for self-discovery and connection. By cultivating inner calm, we empower ourselves to respond to tensions with resilience, thoughtfulness, and compassion. Whether you’re seeking clarity, rest, or a deeper connection to yourself and others, this circle provides the tools to find balance and healing.
Key benefits include:
• Stress reduction and relaxation—Learn techniques to manage stress and promote overall well-being.
• Enhanced emotional resilience—Develop coping mechanisms to navigate life's challenges.
• Deepened connection to self and others—Foster a sense of belonging and community.
• Increased focus and clarity—Improve mental clarity and decision-making abilities.
• Spiritual growth—Explore your inner world and connect with your higher self.
This workshop is open to all “levels” of experience, and no prior meditation knowledge is required. You are invited to bring a journal, a writing utensil, and anything that creates a calming atmosphere for you—tea, candles, blankets, or other comforts. Together, we’ll create a moment of stillness to strengthen our collective well-being.

Paying it Forward
We provide most of our community offerings and private sessions by sliding scale. This is based on the idea of ‘paying it forward’ which enables more people to access healing and wellness. This works when people pay as much as they can for our offerings to help others who may be less fortunate be able to gain access, too. We believe everyone is entitled to heal and thrive, and that practitioners deserve to earn a living wage. We are all in this together and choose to do our best to take care of one another.
Thank you for being part of the MINKA community!
