In today's fast-paced and often turbulent world, it's essential to find moments of peace and tranquility. This meditation circle offers a safe and supportive space for individuals to connect with their bodies, minds, and spirits. Designed for changemakers, those navigating life's challenges, or those simply seeking a moment of rest, this interactive group meditation will provide tools for grounding, relaxation, and collective healing.
You are invited to join us for a journey of self-discovery and community building. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and sharing, participants will explore the power of mindfulness and the importance of self-care. By cultivating a sense of calm and centeredness, we can better navigate the complexities of our social-political climate and personal lives.
Experience the transformative power of collective meditation and discover the joy of grounding in the present moment. This workshop is open to all “levels” of experience, and no prior meditation knowledge is required.
Key benefits include:
Stress reduction and relaxation: Learn techniques to manage stress and promote overall well-being.
Enhanced emotional resilience: Develop coping mechanisms to navigate life's challenges.
Deepened connection to self and others: Foster a sense of belonging and community.
Increased focus and clarity: Improve mental clarity and decision-making abilities.
Spiritual growth: Explore your inner world and connect with your higher self.
To ensure participants make the most of this experience, it's recommended to come with an open heart, a journal and a writing utensil—tools that will aid introspection and allow participants to document their thoughts and reflections at the end of the session.
Additionally, participants are invited to create a calming atmosphere in their immediate environments by having a warm cup of tea, candles, incense, pillows, blankets, or any other supportive elements that resonate with them.

Paying it Forward
We provide most of our community offerings and private sessions by sliding scale. This is based on the idea of ‘paying it forward’ which enables more people to access healing and wellness. This works when people pay as much as they can for our offerings to help others who may be less fortunate be able to gain access, too. We believe everyone is entitled to heal and thrive, and that practitioners deserve to earn a living wage. We are all in this together and choose to do our best to take care of one another.
