New Year’s resolution is an age-old tradition for many - and this tradition can be much more effective when we understand the concept of alignment. In this session, we will navigate multiple layers of self to set an intention, as well as creating a practice they can commit to throughout the year to bring these ideas into reality.
Participants are invited to:
Explore the gap between their desire and the subconscious fear
Tap into the body’s ability to identify and reframe feelings and thoughts
Plan a personal practice for manifestation of their intention
Please Bring:
Loose paper
Color pencils, markers, etc
A candle, incense, plant/flower/soil, water for Elemental Altar
Anything else to add to the altar, sacred item to help you throughout the year

Paying it Forward
We provide most of our community offerings and private sessions by sliding scale. This is based on the idea of ‘paying it forward’ which enables more people to access healing and wellness. This works when people pay as much as they can for our offerings to help others who may be less fortunate be able to gain access, too. We believe everyone is entitled to heal and thrive, and that practitioners deserve to earn a living wage. We are all in this together and choose to do our best to take care of one another.
Thank you for being part of the MINKA community!
