For as long as she can remember, Myda has been interested in what it means to heal- heal others or heal oneself.

After a year of observing patients in her study of acupuncture and her own struggles with an auto-immune condition, she realized how disconnected people felt from their own bodies and how disempowered they were in their own healing.

It was through her practice and eventual teaching of yoga, meditation, and sound work that Myda began to understand that every human body has inherently within it the power to heal. She realized that there is often a gap between what the body is truly capable of and of what the mind has been conditioned to believe it is not.  It is through the bridging of this gap where healing occurs as one meets oneself at the edge of who they are and who they are meant to be, free of conditionality.

Myda works with a variety of crystal singing bowls to re-connect to and sustain our inherent harmonic vibration of wholeness that runs throughout our physical and energetic bodies.  Through guided contemplation, breathwork, meditation, and sound, she facilitates a personal experience in which one can access their unique yet innate capacity to be healthy and whole; be it by releasing no-longer-needed patterns of tension; by gaining greater clarity and vision; or by simply resting in the resonance of the higher frequencies of joy, love, and harmony.

Myda is a 500hr RYT with additional training in Functional Anatomy, Meditation and Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Sound Healing.

OFFERINGS

Private or Semi-Private Sound Healing Session

In a sound session customized just for you (or for a group up to 3 persons), we will:

  • Discuss what needs to be released, what needs to be enhanced and how we can begin to sustain the body back to its natural vibration of ease, wellness and harmony.

  • Choose the singing bowls (based on the energetic properties and harmonic tones of the bowls) that directly correspond with what is desired and needed to resonate with you most strongly at this time. The tones of the bowls will transmit throughout the body causing it to respond and resonate with the frequencies of the associated crystal, bringing the body and mind into a greater state of harmony and ease.

  • After the session, we will discuss and debrief your experience as well as reground yourself back into your body, hopefully feeling a bit more relaxed, rejuvenated, and inspired, to face the world anew.

60 mins - $100 - $125 online / $175 in-person

Customized Sound Meditations

After we discuss what you are seeking to achieve, be it a greater sense of ease and well-being, a more optimal feeling of health and wholeness in the body, mind, heart, or ancestral line, or a deeper connection to source or divine intelligence, (and more), I will create, using a variety of singing bowls and sound tools, written or spoken prompts, a 30-minute recording for you to work with to begin to most fully resonate with what you seek. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production. MP3 file will be delivered to email address provided.

30 mins - $60

Testimonials

‘Myda creates a comfortable and safe space to experience sound and be attuned to what feelings and thoughts might arise from that. She is a knowledgeable and empathetic instructor. I joined her workshop without expectation; however, I left that experience wanting to further explore sound and its use. Living in NYC, we are exposed to different sounds throughout the day and do not think much about it. I am grateful to Myda for bringing me awareness of things like this and its relationship with our mind-body. I’ll definitely be attending additional sound baths and courses she holds in the future, and look forward to diving deeper into sound!’ - G.Z
