An intimate space to free yourself from negative emotions through the Emotional Freedom Technique aka tapping.
We’ll start off by setting an intention for what we would like from our time together.
Every week we’ll focus on a relevant universal topic e.g. body confidence, money issues, procrastination etc OR adapt the topic to suit the group attending.
We’ll gently tap on meridian points on the body (derived from acupuncture) to release energy blockages that cause negative emotions.
The aim is to leave you feeling lighter and clearer and with the confidence that you are ridding yourself from your negative emotions at a cellular level.
I'll teach you how to use this technique in your daily life, beyond our time together, so you can always have access to the feeling of lightness and clarity.
