Living in a city presents many gifts and challenges. We can gather dust upon us and as this accumulates we can forget how shiny/radiant we are and can be. Meditation clears away the dust and polishes our being so that we may shine with all the brilliance, grace and strength that our spirit is accustomed to.
Meditation cultivates awareness. Awareness is a tool of empowerment, once we become aware of something, this awareness gives us a choice. With this shift, we move one step closer towards liberation, freedom. Each week we will explore a different meditation technique and have a space to share our experiences. This week, we will be exploring OSHO Kundalini Meditation.
Stressed out or feeling tense???? Active meditations are a great way to release tension from the body using breath, sound, and movement. OSHO Kundalini meditation this method is a gentle yet effective way to be present with all the accumulated tensions of your day in a playful way through shaking and dancing. This technique enhances flexibility and brings a greater sense of vitality and aliveness to the body.
What Is Sliding Scale?
We offer all of our community offerings and some private sessions by Sliding Scale.
We believe everyone is entitled to heal their wounds so they can thrive; we also believe that the wellness and healing practitioners deserve to make a living wage. In order to make this possible, we ask you to pay as much as you can, so those who might not be able to pay as much can still receive their healing session - this is the idea behind 'paying it forward'. We are all in this together, and we choose to do our best to take care of one another.
