Most of us are hardly aware of our breath, yet it sustains every cell in our bodies and supports every life experience we will ever have. Our breath is essential to life. Breathing in a conscious, intentional manner is a powerful gateway to well-being and transformation that we all can access!
Pranayama Breathwork is an easy, two-part breath technique and active guided meditation that stills the mind and opens the door to the many other levels of our being. As oxygen floods the body the wise, emotional, and intuitive parts of our being to rise the surface with each breath. This allows the release of old programs, patterns and stuck energies (like anger, grief or fear) -- or anything else that may be holding us back. During the session, I will hold space for you and support your journey with love, essential oil blends, palo santo, sweetgrass and Reiki. You will leave this workshop feeling empowered, connected and alive!
