In this course participants learn new ways to handle major life transitions. During transitions we may become overwhelmed because of uncomfortable thoughts and not know how to handle our feelings of overwhelm. During a two-hour meeting, workshop participants find instant relief using guided exercises in writing and in spontaneous art. Spontaneous art can become the mirror reflection of your inner world, and it will help you to handle the light of truth in your current situation. The exercises will help you to come to terms with personal illness or family loss, reach resolution from a break-up or divorce, seek new inspiration for vocational decisions, or to reflect on your own individual inner life.
Bring your own notebook and favorite pen to make this time special. Other arts material will be provided.
Artistic skill nor previous experience is not required for participating in this workshop.
