ABOUT STEPHANIE

Stephanie is a warm, loving spirit by nature and empath. Drawn to the human psyche, Stephanie studied psychology at California State University, Northridge. As she studied academically she also dove deep into her personal awakening and healing, enhancing her consciousness and gifts. Stephanie is dedicated to her own personal healing and inner work. As a creative, she is passionate about using art as a therapeutic intervention. Her personal artwork is emotionally raw and vulnerable. Her paintings, collages, writings and photographs tell a story of her life's beautiful painful joyous journey.

As a goal set by a sense of self love, Stephanie continued her education by completing graduate school at Loyola Marymount University with a dual concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy specializing in Clinical Art Therapy. She is currently a registered Art Therapist, building over fourteen years experience working in mental health with children, youth, adults, families and couples. Stephanie has pulled from her vast clinical experience, her personal awakening, indigenous roots, spiritual practices and formal education in creating a style of therapy she believes in; A Heart Centered Healing approach.

Taking the time to work on yourself is an act of Self Love which is an important part of maintaining a healthy mind, body, spirit, and soul. When we heal our relationship with ourself we vibrate on a higher level, expanding our consciousness, creating peace, and an abundance of love.

Healing sessions with Stephanie are a blend of talk therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, spiritual guidance, ritual work, mantra, breath and meditation. Sessions are unique to you and your needs. The initial session will include an assessment and a therapeutic dialogue discussing what you are seeking, as well as your wellness goals.

Stephanie will guide you through your personal healing process and provide a safe space for you to release; and embrace vulnerability, forgiveness, love and gratitude. Whether you are holding onto childhood pain, trauma, heartbreak, anger, self-criticism, moving through grief and loss, life changing experiences; or seeking enlightenment and purpose, you will be guided with love and compassion.
