Initial Herbal Consultation - 90 mins ($150)
In this initial 90 minute herbal consultation we will do a grounding meditation, connect with your intention and discuss your medical, emotional and relational history to build a holistic picture of your current health and to help me understand what wellness means to you. I will create your individualized herbal and spiritual protocol and share it with you within 2 weeks of our meeting. It will include suggestions for herbal preparations, nutritional recommendations, lifestyle, movement and ritual suggestions. We will have an informal check-in 2 weeks after you begin the protocol to see how things are going and if any adjustments need to be made. All herbs will available for purchase separately.
Follow-up Herbal Consultations- 60 mins ($100)
During this consultation we will follow up on your previous protocol and identify new goals for your next phase of healing.
Mini Herbal Consultation - 30 mins ($50)
This 30 minute mini-consultation is designed to introduce you to plant healing by connecting you with 1 or 2 powerful plant allies to connect with daily. We will start with a short guided meditation and then identify one wellness goal and discuss the context of that goal. Based on our conversation I will formulate a custom daily herbal infusion that you can take home from the Minka Apothecary that day! All herbs will available for purchase separately.
